Where
The PECO Energy Liberty Center, where the Lights of Liberty Show begins, is in the heart of historic Philadelphia. Specifically, on Independence Mall at the corner of 6th and Chestnut Streets, right across the street from Independence Hall and the new Liberty Bell center.

Lights of Liberty's Official Discounted Parking at THE AUTOPARK AT INDEPENDENCE MALL

Lights of Liberty Show guests receive a special evening rate (after 5:00 PM) of $7.00 at the Autopark at Independence Mall. Guests simply request a discount coupon from the Lights of Liberty Show, and then insert their parking ticket in addition to the discount coupon at the automated paystation machines in the Autopark lobby before exiting. The Autopark at Independence Mall is located a block and a half from the PECO Energy Liberty Center beneath the Independence Visitor Center with entrances on both 5^th and 6^th Streets between Market and Arch Streets. Maximum height clearance is 6 ft., 6 inches.Regular rates begin at $2.00 per half-hour with an Early Bird Special (in between 6 and 9 a.m. and out by 6 p.m.) for $8.50.

From the South
Take I-95 North. Follow the signs for "Central Phila./I-676" (Exit 22). Follow signs for Phila/Independence Hall/Callowhill Streets. Keep Right at the fork in the ramp. Stay Straight to Callowhill St. Turn left onto N. 6th Street. The parking facility is directly beneath the building on the left side of 6th Street 1/8 of mile passed Arch Street.

From the North
There are three options: NJ Turnpike via Betsy Ross Bridge or Benjamin Franklin Bridge, and I-95:

• NJ Turnpike via Benjamin Franklin Bridge: Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 4. Take Rt. 73 north to Rt. 38 west to US 30. Take US 30 west over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge to I-676. Follow signs for 5th and 6th Street. Stay in the right hand lane. Go past 5th Street exit. Follow signs for Independence Hall/ 6th Street. Make a right at the first light onto Franklin Street. Go around bend. Merge onto 6th Street South. Stay to your left toward 6th Street/ Independence Hall. The parking facility is directly beneath the building on the left side of 6th Street 1/8 of mile passed Arch Street.
• NJ Turnpike via Betsy Ross Bridge: Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 4. Take Rt. 73 North to Rt. 90 (Betsy Ross Bridge). Take the Betsy Ross Bridge into Philadelphia. Follow signs for I-95 South (Center City). Take I-95 South. Follow the signs for "Central Phila./I-676" (Exit 22). Follow signs for Phila/Independence Hall/Callowhill Streets. Make right at the light. Stay Straight on Callowhill St. Turn left onto N. 6th Street. The parking facility is directly beneath the building on the left side of 6th Street 1/8 of mile passed Arch Street.
• Via I-95: Take I-95 South. Follow the signs for "Central Phila./I-676" (Exit 22). Stay to your right. Follow signs for Phila/Independence Hall/Callowhill Streets. Make right at the light. Stay Straight on Callowhill St. Turn left onto N. 6th Street. The parking facility is directly beneath the building on the left side of 6th Street 1/8 of mile passed Arch Street.

From the West
Take I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) to the Valley Forge Exit (Exit 326). Follow signs to Philadelphia I-76 East. Remain on I-76 East for about 25 miles until you see signs for Central Philadelphia (Exit 344) Continue on 676 East to the 8th Street Exit. Make a right onto 8th Street. Then make a left onto Race Street and a right on 6th Street. The parking facility is directly beneath the building on the left side of 6th Street 1/8 of mile passed Arch Street.

From the East
Take Atlantic City Expressway to 42 North. Follow 42 North to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (Rt. 676), crossing into Philadelphia. Follow signs for 5th and 6th Street. Stay in the right hand lane. Go past 5th Street exit. Follow signs for Independence Hall/ 6th Street. Make a right at the first light onto Franklin Street. Go around bend. Merge onto 6th Street South. Stay to your left toward 6th Street/ Independence Hall. The parking facility is directly beneath the building on the left side of 6th Street 1/8 of mile passed Arch Street.

Important Note About Parking
When parking in a garage other than the Autopark at Independence Mall, please pay close attention to the location's hours of operation. Closing times vary and visitors should verify that the establishment will still be open when it comes time to retrieve their vehicle. Drivers, please note that parking lots are a better bet than on-street metered parking, which is limited and rigorously enforced. As always, please lock your car, don't leave valuables, packages or pets inside, and take your keys. 

Directions to the PECO Energy Liberty Center from the Autopark at Independence Mall
Exit the garage on the 6th Street (west) side. Turn left (south) on 6th Street and walk to Chestnut Street (approximately 2 blocks). 

Public Transit
The following transit services provide easy access to the Lights of Liberty Show and Historic Philadelphia:

SEPTA Philadelphia is serviced by a network of subway, rail and bus lines operated by SEPTA.  The Market-Frankford line, along with bus routes 42 and 21 stop within two blocks of the Center. Regional rail service connects to SEPTA's Market East station, just 5 blocks from the Center.

PHLASH This purple trolley provides a Center City Philadelphia loop service.

AMTRAK Trains arrive at 30th Street Station which is a quick cab, bus, or subway ride away.

New Jersey Transit The Atlantic City Line and numerous bus lines make stops in Philadelphia.

PATCO The Speedline connects Southern New Jersey to Philadelphia.
